The Bureau issues annual permits granting organisations permission to operate in Uganda. Organisations may apply for permits covering up to 5 years. Renewal applications must be submitted within six months before permit expiry.

Letter to Executive Director (objectives, area, years requested, max 5)
Copy of expiring permit
Prior year audited financial statements
AGM/Governing body minutes approving renewal with attendance list
Annual work plan and budget
Previous year annual reports
ID photocopies and passport photos of 2+ founders
Certified URSB Certificate of Incorporation
Proof of fee payment via URA e-Services
DNMC recommendation
Certified MOU from district(s) of operation
Financial Intelligence Authority registration copy
Tax Identification Number certificate
Personal Data Protection Office certificate
Beneficial Ownership particulars with URSB
