The steps
- Confirm the fee for your service from the NGO Fees Regulations 2017.
- Generate a Payment Registration Number (PRN) on the URA web portal (ura.go.ug).
- Pay the PRN at any participating bank, or by mobile money, before it expires.
- Keep the payment receipt. You will attach or quote it when you submit your application.

Paying for an inspection report
An inspection report is requested from the Bureau and paid for the same way: confirm the fee, generate a PRN, pay it, and quote the receipt when you ask for the report.
